Our approach

Every project we undertake follows a three-phase framework which we use to ensure we achieve your objectives in the most efficient way. The framework is designed to start with a broad approach to the challenge before exploring how we might solve it in a variety of ways before we arrive at the finished solution.

Align

Objectives, Scope, Success

At the start of every engagement, we work with you and your team to agree on goals and measures of success for the engagement.

During this phase we also give consideration to any limitations or constraints that you may be operating under, and how these will affect both our approach to the solution as well as the nature of the solution itself.

By doing this we ensure our approach is measurable, and able to deliver within a meaningful timeframe.

Research, Ideate, Prioritise

Fundamental to our approach is a reliance on research and evidence to build up an understanding of your audience and the opportunity. This means that we minimise your risk by making sure whatever you go on to build is something that we know will meet their needs.

To ensure that our research is as efficient as possible we work with you to understand and assess what you currently know and where the gaps or uncertainties in your knowledge are – Our own research focusses in on closing these gaps and understanding the requirements of your business and your end users.

Define

Design, Validate, Document

We harness the insights gained from our experience and research to explore and define what the solution actually looks like – taking into account the operational priorities and constraints of your organisation, as well as the needs and context of your end users.

The result is a process or experience tailor made for your users and the context in which they will be using it in – and consequently is something that they actually want to use rather than need to use.

Solution design is collaborative - reliant upon the best of everyone. You are experts in your field, we are experts in our solution design process.

Our
project frameworks

Prior to working with you we conduct an Ethology Workshop. This patented process helps us to understand the nature of the challenge you are trying to solve. From there we select either a Strategic, or Experience Definition to meet your needs.
